About Sophie

Sophie was drawn to physiotherapy after a great physio helped her through an injury in high school, and she has brought a lifelong love of sport, science and the way the body works to every session since. She does her best work with lower-limb and lower-back injuries, endurance athletes and women's health, with a real passion for helping active women get the most out of their bodies. A first appointment starts with a proper conversation — your goals, a plan that is genuinely yours, and practical tools to start straight away — because the best results usually come from a long-term approach and small, positive changes to how you live. Outside the clinic Sophie is a keen triathlete and runner, and has provided coverage for the Iron Series at North Burleigh, the Australian Surf Boat Rowing Team and the Gold Coast Suns Academy.
