Lauren completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree at the University of Otago in New Zealand, before moving to Australia to begin her career.

 

Growing up being involved in all kinds of sports, it led to Lauren's interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. She has worked with multiple local rugby teams in NZ, and currently involved as the physio for the Bond Uni women's AFL team. 

 

Lauren aims to promote and improve people's health, investigating the source of pain, and using an individualised rehab plan help them return to full function, whilst being a part of the journey from start to finish.
